By placing an order on tap5.io, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Tap5 sells NFC-enabled Google review plates pre-programmed with your business link. The destination URL can be changed anytime via your dashboard.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€), ranging from €29.90 to €99.90. Shipping is included. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. By placing an order you confirm that payment details are accurate and authorised.

4. Returns & Refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. We offer a 14-day return window and a 30-day results guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of Tap5 and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tap5 is not liable for indirect losses. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases without giving a reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Tap5 plates are custom-programmed with your business’s specific Google review link before dispatch. By placing an order and submitting your business name, you acknowledge that production and personalisation begins immediately upon order confirmation, and that the right of withdrawal is waived once programming has commenced.

This does not affect your rights under our Refund & Return Policy, including the 14-day return for unused, non-activated plates and the 3-month manufacturing defect warranty.
